Cancellation, Payment & Privacy Policies
Arrive early and pay on time. I won't share your information with anyone unless you ask me to.
I am committed to providing all of my students with exceptional service. When a student cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another student from being able to get a lesson. Please call me at (240)587-7996 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson to notify me of any changes or cancellations. If you cancel within the 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, you may be charged the full cost of the lesson. I am willing to waive the late cancel fee for emergencies as long as you make the effort to notify me as soon as possible. If prior notice is not given and you do not show up for your lesson, you will be charged the full cost of the lesson.
Payment is due at the time of the lesson or when the lesson is booked. Payment accepted: cash, credit or check made out to "Heart of Riding".

I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
