Bridge Club Meeting at Security Blvd Panera Bread
If you are wondering what Bridge Club is, it's a group I started back when I was feeling alone and clueless about clicker training. "Bridge" is a term sometimes used to mean "click" when people discuss the method. Now I feel surrounded by like minded people who enjoy having fun while teaching their horses! I'm so thankful for the time we get to spend together every month.
During our last gathering we played PORTL, which is the Portable Operant Research and Teaching Lab. Search PORTL Mary Hunter and a web page called The Art and Science of Animal Training will pop up. There you can learn about the game.
I would like to play PORTL again at this meeting, I thought it was really fun last time! I put together more kits so we can have 6 groups of 2 all playing at the same time :)

Next Bridge Club meeting TBD! Covid-19 has put a wrench in our plans, so April May and June we probably won’t meet at all in person, but maybe we can meet virtually. I’ll post a new event if I can figure out how to make it happen :)
